If you’re like many others, you often find yourself content with the way things are in your life. But there’s always room for improvement.

We’re all bombarded with problems in live, but they shouldn’t stop us from being all we ought to be. Aspirations we had as kids should continue to live within us!

Here are five questions you should ask yourself to prepare for self improvement.

1 – What do I really want?

Of course, this is the question of the ages. There are so many things you want to do with your life and so little time each day.

Find something you’re good at that can help with that first step toward self improvement. Diligence is the key!

2 – Should I really change?

If history has taught us anything, it’s that change is inevitable. But self improvement can take a lot of work! You need to decide if the change you want to make is a commitment you’re really willing to make.

3 – What’s the bright side in all this?

With so much happening around you all the time, it’s important to remember the light at the end of the tunnel. And even if it’s a train at the end of the tunnel, take it for a ride and see where it goes!

4 – Am I comfortable with what i’m doing?

There’s always the easy route and then there’s the right way when it comes to making a decision. Everyone’s unique, or should be. Variety brings in very interesting and exciting opportunities, so you may have to get uncomfortable in order to grow.

5 – Have I done enough for myself?

Have you really done enough for yourself already? Or is there something more you want to do? Discontentment can be dangerous in large doses, but in small amounts it can propel you to do things you may have never imagined doing.

Next time we’ll take a look at five more questions to ask yourself when preparing for self improvement.
